New Releases! - Content Delivery Protocols (FLUTE)

Happy to announce the release of version 0.11.0 of our FLUTE library.

The release includes various new features, improvements, and bug fixes such as the ability to transmit via a UDP tunnel and XML namespace support for FDT handling.
