Richard Bradbury is a Lead Engineer with BBC Research & Development where he investigates network and systems architectures and protocols for efficient, scalable and cost-effective delivery of media. He co-chairs the DVB working group on Multicast ABR, is a delegate to 3GPP SA4 and is an active participant in 5G-MAG, currently coordinating BBC R&D's contributions to an Open Source reference implementation of 5G Media Streaming.
