5G Broadcast PlugFest: Call for Expression of Interest

5G-MAG is considering the organization of the first 5G Broadcast Plugfest.

If confirmed, this event, targeted to manufacturers and technology vendors, will take place from the 8th to the 11th June 2026 in Berlin, facilitating the testing and interoperability of 5G Broadcast equipment.

As the industry moves from standards to implementation, this Plugfest will provide a unique environment for developers and technology providers to validate their implementations against reference implementations of the 3GPP specifications.

At this point we would like to gather interest from the industry so we can evaluate if there would be enough quorum.
