VOPS Conformance Validator

What it does​

3GPP TS 26.265 defines service-independent video operation points and capabilities, which 3GPP service specifications and third-party services may reference. Its conformance annex provides a conformance validator for testing bitstreams against those operation points. The repository below holds that validator.
